1.GET IN TOUCH
Raid your wardrobe or have a thrift for some neglected knitwear. Take a look at our upcycling portfolio and let us know what we can do to help revive your knit fits!
2. DETAILS REQUIRED
GARMENT IMAGES & CONTENT LABEL
Depending on what kind of transformation you would like, please give us as much detail about your knitted item or accessory as possible. A photo of the knit itself and a photo of the content label would be ideal, so we can advise on what material works best.
CLOSE UP STITCH PHOTO
If you are looking to add some darned animals or imagery to your knitwear, it needs to be a flat surface or stocking stitch pattern. All jumpers will have varying size stitches, so the bigger the stitches, the bigger your darning will be. Please send us a clear close up photo of your garment, ideally with a measuring tape (at least 10cm length) as seen below. This will give us an idea of the size of your design and we can let you know if your chosen decorative darning is possible on your knits!
DESIGN PLACEMENT
Whether we’re adding pockets or some lettering to your item, just let us know the desired scale of what you want and where they can be attached on your piece.
3. APPROVAL & HANDOVER
Once a design, cost and timeframe has been agreed upon, we will arrange a handover of your knits. It can be dropped off in Dublin 1 or sent by post to us at your preference.
4. COLLECTION
We’ll let you know as soon as your knitwear is ready for collection, or delivery by post can be arranged. Feel free to tag us in any photos of you enjoying your transformed garments!
